So yeah, this is the thread where you can post about who your characters are and what they do and stuff. This is here for three reasons.
1: XF asked for it.
2: To help newbies find out more about us.
3: Because sometimes people get your characters confused if you have major NPCs (i.e Players, Kids, etc).
So yeah.
(Personally, I'm going to be posting mine later, just so ya know)
Class: Mad Scientist/Evil Overlord/Gunslinger (due to playing a western game for far too long)
Race: Cyborg
Alignment: Vague. He's done some really nice things before, but also is prone to slaughtering bunnies. He respects law and would never do anything against AMEN, but is willing to spread some chaos and destruction if it benefits him in some way later on. After everything that's happened in AMEN, he's probably somewhere around Lawful Neutral, Lawful Good, or True Nuetral, though he still claims to be LE.
Description: Magtok is of slightly above-average height. He usually wears the same black robes, and usually has the hood pulled up to hide his robotic half. An odd red glow where his left eye should be is visible, though. That glow is from his red robotic eye.
When his hood is down, you can see the crooked, uneven line that crosses his face, separating his robotic and human halves. The metal one is smooth, cold and wearing a sadistic little smile as it is probably thinking about torturing bunnies, while his human half seems bitter, badly scarred along the eye and likely annoyed with whatever horrible thing is being done to hurt him.
Personality: Hard to describe. He's been really nice to people before, but has also gone on genocidal rampages against bunnies. He's been a dictator, and he's been a freedom fighter. He used peaceful methods to take the Town, but has a history of brutally enslaving entire star systems to expand his empire.
The one thing he'll never do is hurt AMEN, though. Despite everything that the others have done to him, he finds the very idea of betrayal sickening, which is likely why he got so angry and demanded Rex's downfall after he found out the pogoer had committed treason.
Equipment: A pair of Colt Pythons (nicknamed The Widowmaker and El Pacificador) concealed in his robes, and any other silly gimmick he might need.
Backstory: Magtok lived in a world that had more in common with RL than the forgotten realms. At some point, for some unimportant reason, he came to power, commanding countless robots and technological weapons, and ruled the world with an iron fist. For some other unexplained reason, he left that world to come to AMEN, and has never even thought about going back.
Notes:
--Magtok has lots of robots and tech stuff in his labs.
--Magtok is currently in a relationship with V, and has a daughter.
--People love to kill Magtok, because his player won't do some dumb little trick to stop the cyborg from being killed. _________________ A signature is a thing to help people remember who you are. This is AMEN. I am Magtok. I NEED NO SIGNATURE.

Vespe Ratavo

Age: Irrelevant
Class: Mostly Bard/Barbarian gestalt (i.e "Bard-barian"), a few levels in other things (such as Sorcerer, Jedi Guardian, Farce K'nigit, Super Villain, etc. Rarely used).
Race: Mutant Elf
Alignment: Chaotic Evil-ish. Is usually pretty nice, unless he happens to be shoving your head in a blender.
Description: Vespe is a little taller than most Elves (with slightly bigger and pointier ears), and is usually wearing blue leather armor over grey clothes, has a black cloak on his back, has two rarely used rapiers hanging from his belt (in yellow and red scabbards), and wears black boots.
Personality: The best way to describe it would be..."silly." Vespe is evil, and horribly violent, but when he's not murdering someone, he's usually a fairly nice person.
He likes (or at least tolerates) the fellow AMENites, and treats them as his friends. Despite this, he often kills or brutally maims them for trivial reasons...
Equipment: Two rapiers inherited from his adoptive father. One is a +5 Flaming Burst Rapier, named "Jude," and a +5 Icy Burst Rapier, named "The Walrus." They're kept in the scabbards hanging from his belt. He also usually carries around a chainsaw, a shotgun, a blender, a large shield, and a teddy bear named "Barry." These are all kept in his pocket, via his logic warping powers.
Backstory (OMG! Vespe has a backstory! YAY!)
Vespe was born in the Distant and Unlikely Future, where the slight pollution problem (read: chemical waste, magical energy storms, and nuclear fallout everywhere) mutated him to have super strength, great endurance, and the ability to actually bend the laws of time, space, and plain common sense with the power of his mind.
Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately for the poor people of the Distant and Unlikely Future), his planet was about to explode. So his parents (being the kind and loving parents that they were) decided to shove their kid into a time capsule and throw him directly into the path of the explosion. (Great people, huh?)
The explosion, however, released thousands of tachyon crystals which had lain dormant under the surface of the planet for thousands of years, rocketing Li'l Vespe back in time to the Ancient Past.
In the Ancient Past, he grew up with a kind (but horribly evil) couple who had found him on the side of the road (ignoring all the cool technology that was in the capsule, of course). They, of course, were a bard and a barbarian, giving Vespe his trademark skill set.
So Vespe eventually decided to leave his adoptive parents and go out to explore the world and such.
He can't really remember anything that happened after that point, although he eventually wound up in the AMEN base wearing a Spartan uniform.
And the rest is history. Kinda.

Description: A human teenager with pale skin (staying inside all the time will do that to you), neck length black hair, glasses, and a black trench coat.
Personality: Somewhat like Vespe. Silly and perpetually happy.
Equipment: Always carries an IACT (Infinite Ammo Chicago Typewriter) and two Handcannons (.60 cal revolvers) in his trench coat, has a Bowie Knife on his belt, can always get anything else with God Modding.
Backstory: An avatar of Vespe's player. Has been seen less and less since Vespe has begun blurring the line between player and character.

Vampiric
Class: Not exactly sure. Probably a mage/elementalist.
Race: Vampire Half-Elf
Alignment: Whatever he feels like at the time, though to blend in, he does tend to stab/bite people.
Description: Looks like any other half-elf, except the teeth. He has purple eyes, and swept back blond hair.
Personality: In constant flux. He likes everyone in AMEN, but won't hesitate to bite their necks, especially if nothing has happened for a couple of posts.
Equipment: Knife and fangs. Although his player may also handwave in a katana or wakazashi.

Class: Necromancer/Assassin, although his skills seem to vary according to the current situation. He also seems to have a few levels in Monk
Race: Elf, with partial lich and infernal qualities
Alignment: Saurous claims to be Neutral Evil, but actually seems to be the most lawful and sane creature in the entire base.
Description: Saurous is rather tall for an elf, being a few inches taller than five feet. He has pale skin of an almost greyish tone, spikey black hair, and a pair of piercing red eyes. He commonly dresses in mostly black and grey clothing, greyish-brown boots, and a grey cloak.
Personality: The necromancer is rather sarcastic, pessimistic, and cynical. He apparently has the innate ability to find a way to insult a person in every situation, and is usually the foil to the other AMENites' shenanigans. Despite this, he has been shown to protect others from harms way, and can be fairly kind to those he actually cares for.
Equipment: Saurous carries a large amount of magical devices around with him, and his equipment changes constantly. However, he almost always keeps the following objects with him at all times: A pair of katanas, a crystal used for scrying and communication purposes, and a spellbook.
Saurous's Player (SP)
Class: Player
Race: Human
Alignment: SP appears to be True Neutral.
Description: SP is of average height for a teenaged boy, with short brown hair, light skin, and greenish eyes. He commonly dresses in a dark red hooded shirt and jeans.
Personality: SP is depicted as a quiet, intelligent boy who is usually seen laughing at the other's mishaps. He is known for the fact that he almost always makes a joke about Saphire's lack of spelling capability. He is also know for his potent temper, which often flares.

Class: Lots of them. A few monk levels, a few sorcorer, a few druid, but mostly Ranger and Fighter.

Race: Elf. We think...
Personality: Makes Vespe look like a god of planning.
Equipment: Several books, and a double bladed sword that's highly enchanted and has a very strong bowstring going from one end to the other. Generates its own arrows.
Other: Is on good terms with Vespe, and doesn't like Cassie's potions. Who does?

Class: How should I know: Human with a few levels in magic, sourcery and one hell of a lot of levels in Knowledge:Practically Anything.
Age: Doesn't know
Alignment: TN - LE. Mostly LE though.
Backstory:

She woke up one day with a nametag on her top. She had only the clothes she was wearing, a backpack and a cat. Upon looking in the backpack she found thousands of books, a change or two of clothes and a couple of weapons. As well as stuff for Smudge. Oddly, most of the non-books appear to be involved with her cat. From that she deduced that she loves her cat.
After wondering for a few years she found AMEN walked in and became a member. Apart from Exy she is the member who has died the least amount of times.
Personality: Fairly happy, tends to follow the rules; however bouts of chaotic behaviour are not uncommon. Loves her books and cat. She is loyal to AMEN and its members, she tends to side with Saur a lot and views him and Magtok as some of the sanest people on the base as well as herself.
Equipment: Books (for any occaision) a cat some weapons and CDs full of 70s music. _________________ Head Librarian And Researcher.
I also do some other stuff if you ask.
