Maybe we should have a new forum under the In Character heading where people can post threads which discuss who there characters are and what they're good at.

I think maybe that'd work better as a stickied thread. No wait...hmm.. I don't quite know if that's deserving it's own forum...

Maybe as an announcement or global announcement?
